OK, so the picture on the home page isn't our real dojo, but we can dream. . . We are committed, however, to using kendo as a vehicle to foster the spirit of calm focus, imperturbability, and confidence that is embodied in the term *fudoshin. The dojo is open to all members of the AMC community-- students, faculty, staff, and alumni. We emphasize traditional kendo training with a balance between the development of basic skills, sparring, and the study of kata.
